Information on provider listings and articles is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional medical advice. 3. Accounts
You may register as a Visitor (to search and contact providers) or a Professional (to create a public listing). You agree to:
- provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date;
- keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account; and
- be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Professional Listings and the “Verified” Badge
Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their own listing information, including credentials, specialty, and contact details. A “Verified” badge indicates that we have taken a basic verification step (such as confirming an email address or reviewing submitted information) — it is not a guarantee of a provider’s licensure, qualifications, or the quality of care they provide. Always independently confirm a provider’s credentials before seeking treatment.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including fake reviews or listings;
- advertise, sell, or solicit the sale of prescription medication or any controlled substance;
- harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or organization;
- post spam, unsolicited advertising, or unlawful content in the forums or elsewhere on the Site; or
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other users’ accounts, or our systems.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section without notice.
6. User-Generated Content
Content you submit (listings, forum posts, messages, reviews) remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the Site as part of operating our services. You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.
